By using the Invite Tracker bot ("the Bot"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and Discord's Terms of Service.

While using the Bot, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or overload the Bot's functionality
• Use the Bot to harass or discriminate against others
• Manipulate invite statistics through artificial means
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

3. Bot Usage

The Bot is designed to track invite usage in Discord servers. By adding the Bot to your server, you acknowledge that:

• The Bot will collect necessary data for invite tracking (see Privacy Policy)
• Server administrators are responsible for how they use the Bot's features
• The developer is not responsible for how server admins utilize the data provided by the Bot

4. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for:

• Any downtime or interruptions in service
• Loss or corruption of data
• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot
• Actions taken by Discord that affect the Bot's functionality

5. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Termination

The developer reserves the right to:

• Block servers or users from using the Bot for violations of these Terms
• Discontinue the Bot at any time without notice
• Remove the Bot from servers that violate Discord's Terms of Service
