Player Utilities - Terms of Service

By using Player Utilities ("Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and acknowledge that they supplement and are subject to Discord's Terms of Service (found at https://discord.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (found at https://discord.com/privacy). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Bot or encourage others to do so. This includes, but is not limited to:

Using the Bot in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or Discord's Terms of Service.
Attempting to disrupt, overload, or otherwise impair the Bot's functionality (e.g., excessive command spam beyond normal usage).
Using the Bot for fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise objectionable purposes.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Bot's systems or data.

Server and User Management

The Bot owner reserves the right to remove the Bot from any server, or block any user from using the Bot, at their sole discretion, without prior notice, if they believe the server or user is violating these Terms, Discord's Terms of Service, or engaging in behavior deemed harmful or disruptive to the Bot or other users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Bot owner makes no representations or warranties regarding the Bot's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Bot.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. If changes are made, server administrators will typically be notified via a message from the Bot, and the updated Terms will be available on this page. Your continued use of the Bot after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

No Responsibility for Misuse

The Bot owner is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage caused by improper, unauthorized, or unintended use of the Bot by you or any third party.
